BizSpark provides you with rights to host your own applications using BizSpark hosting and IT Operations servers for production use: to host and support your “software as a service” application to your customers over the Internet. You may not use BizSpark Hosting or IT Operations Servers to: • Run your own internal business. • Example: You may not develop an enterprise resource management tool for your own internal use. • Allow your customers to directly access or use the BizSpark Hosting and IT Operations Servers. • Example: You may not develop a “database management” application sitting in front of SQL Server® that gives a customer direct control of the database or the ability to use the database for its own specific applications.
