I don’t think that particular weight ranges are fair for accurate measuring. What’s important is to be the right weight for your personal body type, what’s healthy for you might not be healthy for someone the same age, height, or even weight as you. There are plently of weight calculators online, just google height/weight calculator, but like I said, I don’t think it’s 100% accurate.
