What should we do if the same person tries to take more than one class at our studio using the Passport to Prana?
Each Passport holder is limited to one Passport per city per promotional year. Each Passport entitles its holder to only one class at your studio. If you see the same Passport holder returning to your studio repeatedly with different card numbers, please refer the issue to us directly. You may, of course, offer that person an introductory package at your studio, as you would any new student.
