What should they put on SI370 (Number of Full-time Equivalent Employees)?
SI370 should include all employees leased from affiliates and all long-term contractual employees, who work primarily for the association. That is, an association should not include short-term contract employees such as those from a temporary employment agency, but should include employees leased from affiliates and contractual employees such as loan officers employed on a commission or fee basis. Additionally, contractual agreements with brokers or agents who provide the same service to others should not be included. A zero in SI370 is normally not acceptable.
