What should the priorities be for spending $1 Billion ($1000 Million) on the Environment in Victoria?

Many suggestions have been made which all-together would cost a lot less than $1 Billion. It is a huge expenditure – equivalent to 14 new Blue Bridges. For the Environment – new parks, a cleaner Inner Harbor, continuing to improve the CRD’s Source Control Program, an end to the existing inflow, infiltration, and cross connection problems in our antiquated sewerage systems. We could also have better health care facilities, housing for the homeless and better public transit such as light rail to the Western Communities.
