What should the owner do if their vehicle arrives with damage?
Most auto transports are incident free, however, if the vehicle arrives with damage it should be clearly marked on the vehicle condition report, then signed for by the driver. Within 24 hours, a call should be placed to Priority One and to the carrier to inform them of the damage. We will assist in any and all claims. In most cases, the carrier will ask for two estimates and send you payment in a couple of weeks. If the carrier is not responsive and unwilling to work with you to resolve the issue, we will help by contacting their insurance company directly.
