The AGCO does not offer suggested wording for the municipal resolution because this is a matter for municipal officials to decide. As an example, however, the resolution may be as simple as: “Be it resolved that the Municipality of X supports the application of winery X for a Manufacturer’s Limited Liquor Sales Licence” or “Be it resolved that the Municipality of X supports the application of winery X to sell and serve wine for consumption by patrons at its manufacturing site.
