What should the Creditor do during the Foreclosure Process?
As the foreclosure process proceeds, the creditor should communicate any contacts with the debtor to their attorney to evaluate any offers to reinstate or to deliver a Deed in Lieu. In addition, the creditor should assess their equity position in the property and evaluate the condition of the collateral to determine if they should bid less than their total debt.
