What should the BOM (Bill of Materials) include?

0

The Bill of Materials (BOM) is a report built in to the schematic capture program. Generally, you need to include the supplier and part numbers on the BOM, because this is typically the list you use to buy any parts you need. For your project schematic, every part needs a supplier field. Along with this, it would be in your best interest to also include the supplier’s part number. This will make your BOM exceptionally useful. START SELECTING, ORDERING/SAMPLING PARTS FOR YOUR PROJECT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
