What should students expect the first week?
Upon arriving at school, students should report directly to their first class of the day (1st period on Blue Days, 2nd period on Green Days). Throughout the week, teachers and student mentors will be available to help students open lockers, find classrooms, navigate the lunchroom, etc. In class, teachers will discuss the curriculum and distribute course syllabi, and go over class expectations and supply lists. Students should bring a notebook and pencil for taking notes. Parents should defer major school supply purchases until receiving these supply lists.
