If you believe a staff member’s behaviour towards or advice to students is placing students at physical or emotional risk, then you should act on your concerns. In almost all cases it will be appropriate that your direct line manager or site leader is informed of your concern. If you are unhappy with the site follow up to your information and you believe children remain at risk from an adult’s continued inappropriate behaviour you can contact your local district office.
