What should someone with thyroid disorder watch out for?
Q : I was suffering from thyroid disorder and went for the thyroid nodule surgery a month ago. The nodule was found to have some cancerous cell, thus my entire left lobe is removed. I do not require any radiation therapy, however, I am deeply affected over the fact that I am almost a cancer patient and cannot sleep well these days. Is it possible that I am suffering from depression? Being a pre-cancer patient, is there anything I should watch out for? E.g. My diet, exercise… etc. What should I eat after undergoing surgery and when can I start exercising?
