What should singles expect of the singles ministry at First Baptist Dallas now that you’re here?
The singles at First Dallas can expect me to be a minister that loves them, is authentic in his faith and will walk along side them in their journey. As I do this I will also challenge them to rise to the occasion and be the authentic believers in Christ they were called become. As far as ministry and events, with pastoral approval: a monthly worship and teaching venue just for singles, Christian jazz and java concerts outside, mission trips (local and abroad), movies in the park, conferences, gender-specific Bible studies to promote accountability, out-of-town recreational trips to promote fellowship and monthly service projects, among other things. What’s an interesting fact about you? Honestly, I’m a sucker for greasy hot dogs and drag racing. How do you personally connect with God and singles in your ministry?
