As an initial step, you should familiarize yourself thoroughly with the survey form that you need to complete (i.e., the Initial Survey or Annual Update) and identify the information needed. Next, you should identify readily available information sources (e.g., staff in your company, existing documents, online sources) and ways to obtain the information during the year. For example, you should identify opportunities to speak with school personnel and others to ask questions and collect documents.
