If your insurance requires a referral, be sure to bring a copy to the Clinic or have it faxed to 410 614 1296. We recommend you bring recent tests or reports about the patient such as hearing tests, CT scans, X-rays or MRI’s. You should plan on being at the Clinic for about three hours so it’s a good idea to bring snacks and activities for the child. You will need cash to pay for the parking garage.
