What should ONS Congress and IOL speakers do with their final presentation slides?
All speakers should return to the Speaker Upload System to upload their final PowerPoint presentations prior to the conference. The system eliminates the need to email presentations and will be able to accept presentations of any size. By submitting your presentation in advance using the Speaker Upload System, ONS will ensure that backup copies of your presentation are available onsite at the conference. Unless prior authorization has been provided, ONS will remove all speaker PowerPoint presentations from their servers within 10 business days of the conclusion of the meeting.
