What should one do if husband had wife sign quitclaim deed under false pretense?

0

My mom got married in 2000 and my stepfather had her sign a quitclaim in 2001 and she did trusting him that he said he wanted to protect the marriage. Then 2004 he asked her to sign another one stating that he said it was his home which she did not sign because he was getting temper mental. Now my mom got served with the divorce papers and she had twenty days to leave the residence with her daughter that is still currently in high school. I feel that my stepfather made my mom sign the quitclaim under false pretenses by lying to her and us. She is being pressured into a no supportive divorce and needs guidance due to my stepfather’s position in Elko County as a Criminal Defense Attorney. It would be great to get some feedback as to what steps we should take and I would greatly appreciate it.
