A. Refurbishers often receive computers without Windows OS CDs and manuals, but with COA stickers from the original owner. If you load MAR OSs on these computers, you must remove the original COA and replace it with a MAR COA sticker. Collect these stickers and mail them to CompuMentor every three months.
