A. Refurbishers often swap out defective computers. If a PC with a MAR COA sticker gets swapped out, the COA sticker must be removed and returned to CompuMentor rather than being left on the computer and given to another recipient. If the computer will be returned to the same recipient, the MAR COA sticker should remain on the computer. Collect returned COA stickers and mail them to CompuMentor every three months .
