I think the commissioners office should start implementing Mitchells 20 suggested recommendations. They will need to go back to the bargaining table with the players union to get them to concedes to allow baseball to test more regularly and put more safeguards against steroids in place. They need to get a test implemented for HGH…players are still using this stuff. At this point it cannot be detected through urine. It can be detected through a blood test.
