What should I wear to an interview with Frontier Airlines?
I work in the airline industry. WEAR NOTHING LESS THAN A SUIT! You want to make an awesome first impression. Sure, a ramp agent is not the most glorified job in the world, but it’s a stepping stone. Once you’re in the airline, you can move up and around. But getting hired on with an airline is much much harder than people think. You will most likely be in a group interview for the first part. I’ve been on four different airline “first interviews” in my time and they have all started out with a group interview. Make sure that when someone else is talking, you are staring right at them and paying attention to what they are saying. Or just act like you really care. The interviewers usually look at the other people to see who is paying attention more than they stare at the person who is talking.
