Please wear comfortable modest stretchy clothing. Although we have mats for use at Radha Center, we recommend you purchase your own, available at many local shops (Huckleberry’s, REI, etc.). Please avoid fragrances in perfumes, body lotions, and shampoos, as some people are allergic to them.
