What should i wear etc for an interview at river island!?
when I had mine I wore a black skirt, leggings, top and scarf. I think the recruitment process may have changed slightly from when I applied but in my interview it was a group interview. The first thing we did was introduce ourselves e.g. name, age, what job you’re in/what you’re last job was etc. Then we were split into groups and asked to produce a spider diagram on what we thought was good customer service whilst a member of staff assessed our group work and then we were given a celebrity within our groups and got to run around the shop and dress a volunteer from our group as that celebrity. We then had to present them to the rest of the people and they had to guess who it was. The final task we did is because we had spare time, we had one minute to grab a piece of clothing from the shop and then had to explain to the rest of the group why we had chose it.
