~ Notify your Doctor or Cosmetic Nurse Specialist if you are taking Aspirin, Aspirin like medications (Aleve, Celebrex, Advil, Naproxen, Motrin etc.) Vitamin E, Fish Oil, Herbal Supplements or Alcohol as these all can cause bruising and/or bleeding during the procedure. Your health care professional may recommend that you stop taking these, if you can, for at least two weeks prior to your Juvederm treatment. This helps reduce the risk of bleeding and bruising.
