What should I put in the ChangeLog when doing a svn commit?

The ChangeLog entry must list all files affected by the commit along with a description of the changes. The ChangeLog entry should follow the style set forth in the rest of the ChangeLog. If the commit fixes a bug or part of a bug please include a reference to that bug in the form “bug #nnnnn”, where nnnnn is the bug number.
