Provide the Oracle Instant Portal application.log. In a default Oracle Instant Portal instance, the provider log can be found in: $ORACLE_HOME\j2ee\OC4J_Portal\log\OC4J_Portal_default_island_1 where $OC4J_HOME is the fully qualified path to your home OC4J instance. In addition you may have to provide the HTTP/Apache logs: $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs and OracleAS Web Cache Logs: $ORACLE_HOME/webcache/logs.
