look for cereals with less than ten ingredients, stay away from high fructose corn syrup, serious it’s the devil of foods, make sure sugar isn’t within the first five ingredients, it isn’t good if corn is one of the first ingredients either, same with enriched wheat flour(that’s white flour) look for whole grain this, whole grain that, oats, etc, look at the fiber label and make sure it has more than 5 grams of fiber, make sure there is no trans fat either, if the healthy look of it freakds you out, don’t let it, whole grain cereals are my absolute favorite, and if you must, try enviro kids cereal, it’s kids cereal so it includes natural coco puffs, peanut butter puffs, etc cereal but try sticking to the grown up kind, you’ll be surprised how good it is and how good it makes you feel, and not to be rude or judgmental, don’t listen to clueless, that’s obviously her name for a reason, starting your day with foods your body wants and needs, will set it straight for the whole day, the suga
