What should I generally expect on western WA trails and Forest Service Roads (FSR)?

We have found the most common issues on western WA trails are overgrowth, large puddles and washouts. Many trails are overgrown which means you can expect minor to major pin striping or scratching of your trucks paint from branches overhanging the trail. Also fall through the spring you can expect puddles – some of which can be up to 12 deep or more. Washouts are also common – some of which are passable and some are not. This could lead to some off-camber situations, etc. which usually are not a problem with a spotter and some patience. We’ll try and warn you of these as we can in the Events section but some of this is just inevitable in western WA and we have come to expect it. Our goal is not to do anything that would cause body damage to our trucks but occasionally it happens anyway and that is just part of off-roading. Every time you take your truck off the pavement you risk damage. When planning these events we make every attempt to make it challenging without the risk of body dam
