What should I expect on my 2ND INTERVIEW AT MENARDS? What questions are they going to ask?
Usually the second interview is the final, selection interview , often with the person who will actually be supervising you, someone from HR, and/or the store manager. The content of the interview probably won’t be much different from your first interview. You’ll be asked questions about your work history, your education, your qualifications for the position, etc. You may also be asked about your strengths and/or weaknesses, why you are the most qualified candidate for the job, or why should they hire you, so you will want to prepare yourself for those types of questions. Even though you may not have retail experience or a business background, play up what experience you do have through school.
