When you first get to the office, expect some paperwork for you or your parents to fill out. This will ask about your past health history, and should also include a form for your parent to sign giving permission to the chiropractor to treat a minor. After that, you should be able to meet the doctor personally and he/she will ask more details about your pain and other symptoms, as well as other questions about your past health history. Then you can expect to have an examination (you should probably be able to wear a patient gown during the exam). This exam should consist of things like postural tests, range of motion tests, checking the muscle strength of your arms and legs, and checking your reflexes (tapping your knees and elbows with a rubber mallet).
