What should I expect during my first Reiki Energywork session?
I will place their hands on several locations of the body, leaving them there for 3 to 5 minutes at a time. I will move them according to the feel of the energy. You may experience light tingling, warmth and/or a slight coolness flow through your body. You may see burst of colors and drift off into a deep meditative state. Or you may not feel anything at the time of the session but then experience a more relaxed time after the session. You may be filled with an abundance of energy. Reiki energy is that of the Universal Life Force energy and will be as strong or as light as the recipient is in need of and ready for.
