What should I expect at my interview for American Eagle Outfitters?
I also had a group interview at AE and was hired. One question that they are guaranteed to ask is, “What is one thing about yourself that you would like to change?” (Or something in that range.) Managers are NOT looking for a negative answer. In order to give a positive answer but still be truthful, say something like, “Well, I’m an excellent leader and I love to organize people and make sure the job is getting done, but sometimes I get a little too pushy.” This shows something positive and managers will love this answer. Another tip is to not dress in head to toe American Eagle, because that is what everyone else will be wearing and you want to stand out. Wear a cute American Eagle top and cute accessories.
