What should i eat after 8pm if i get hungry?
Peanut butter is very filling, so some people do that. But as for me I’ve been making my late night salads very leafy so I get fuller off of them. I make them with seasoned tofu, raw spinach leaves, and carrot shreds. Sometimes I put banana pepper rings on them (spicy foods are good for the digestive tract) or sprinkle them with shredded veggie cheese. So far it’s helped me to lose 10 pounds in the last three weeks. You also know that if you’ve got more energy now then you are going to eat more to compensate for all of the calories you’re burning. Try eating several small meals throughout the day so you’ll always have a comfortable full feeling instead of a really hungry feeling or an overstuffed feeling.
