What should I do when FlipShare doesn’t automatically start after plugging my video camera to the computer?
If you have not yet installed the FlipShare software in your computer, it is most likely that the program will not be automatically launched once you plug in your video camera. Once the download is initiated, you will be asked to either Run or Save the file. Select Run to start downloading the file. Once done, you will be prompted to run the installation file.
