What should I do to remove a user from AOL My eAddress?
Currently, there is no option available for you to delete a user under the Bring My Own Domain and/or Create a New Domain category. However, you can block user access by changing the invited user’s password in the Control Panel. As a domain administrator, you can also suspend a user on your domain through My eAddress Control Panel. Users who remain suspended for 90 days will be automatically deleted. Administrators can reinstate the suspended user at any time during the 90-day suspension window. After the 90-day suspension window, administrators can either recreate the deleted user or invite a new user with a previously suspended username.
