I have gone through your query.I am of the opinion that first you have to send a legal notice to the manufacturer stating clearly the defect in the product with all supporting docs like bill, warranty card etc.If the manufacturer fails to reply your notice or did not redress your grievance.Then you can file a consumer complaint against the manufacturer for defeciency in service before the Dist Consumer forum.
