What should I do once Im joined to the DyKnow Cast?
Once you are logged in and have joined the session, you will see a panel identifying the session you’re in as the DyKnow University course. The optimal (although not required) screen resolution for the DyKnow session is 1024 x 768 with normal DPI settings of 96 DPI. This can be set by going to Window’s Control Panel > Display > Settings tab. Unless otherwise noted, all DyKnow Casts use DyKnow Vision’s one-way audio feature. As a result, the participant will need to turn on and adjust their computer’s volume settings in order to hear the presenter.
