Call Customer Service toll free at 1.866.300.8288 to cancel the Gift Card as soon as you can, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You must provide the 16 digit card number. If you do not know the Gift Card number, please contact the Purchaser (the business that purchased and gave the Gift Card to you). After you cancel the Gift Card, we can send you a replacement Gift Card with the remaining amount on the Gift Card, minus a $15.00 Replacement Card fee.
