Call Cardholder Customer Service toll free at 1.866.673.6577 to cancel the Card as soon as you can, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You must provide your 16 digit card number. If you do not know the Card number, please contact the Purchaser (the commercial or governmental party that purchased and gave the Card to you). After you cancel the Card, we can send you a replacement card with the remaining amount, minus a $15.00 replacement fee.
