What should I do if the Bank of America Merrill Lynch Visa Reward Card is lost or stolen?
Call Customer Service toll free at 1.866.300.8288 to cancel the Reward Card as soon as you can, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You must provide the 16 digit card number. If you do not know the Reward Card number, please contact the Purchaser (the business that purchased and gave the Reward Card to you). After you cancel the Reward Card, we can send you a replacement Reward Card with the remaining amount on the Reward Card, minus a $15.00 Replacement Card fee.
