What should I do if the AccuFrame does not fit the stone when it’s delivered?
If an AccuFrame happens to be delivered that does not fit the stone, the customer can contact Cagenix and request a return. Cagenix will provide the customer with an RMA number which will need to be disclosed on the outside of the box and the customer will ship the AccuFrame back to Cagenix. Once received, the AccuFrame will be reviewed by our engineering staff and the appropriate action to be taken (rework, reimbursement, or denial) will be determined. If it is obvious that the AccuFrame has been altered or modified by the customer in such a way that it would affect the fit, the return will be denied and no reimbursement or rework will be provided.
