What should I do if my ZOTBill amount is based on the wrong enrollment status?
In general, students are admitted for full-time enrollment and must petition for a formal part-time study program with reduced fees. Students are encouraged to petition for part-time status well before the registration payment deadline, to allow sufficient time for approvals and processing by the appropriate office (Registrar or Graduate Studies). Until then, you are responsible for paying full-time registration fees, as assessed, by the published deadline. To monitor the enrollment change process, select Registration Fees for the current quarter on ZOTAccount Online. Look to see whether your registration fees are based on full-time or part-time status. If your petition is approved before you pay registration fees, then follow campus registration procedures to ensure that your reduced fee amount is paid by the deadline. You may not receive a monthly ZOTBill with your new part-time fee amount before the payment deadline. If your petition is approved after you have paid full-time registr
