What should I do if my WebPhone Plus phone number is not working?
Login to the Account Center and verify that your account type is a WebPhone Plus account. Additionally, check that the phone number being called matches the phone number displayed in the Account Center. Next, make sure you are logged into to your WebPhone dialer. If all of these items are in place and your number is still not working, e-mail WebPhone Customer Support and a representative will contact you to resolve the problem.
