What should I do if my Primecard Card is refused at a Primecard restaurant?
A. Your restaurant savings is guaranteed. If your Primecard is refused by a restaurant on our current listing, obtain the name of the person who refused to honor the card. Fax or mail this information and a copy of your restaurant receipt to Primecard customer service within 14 days of the refusal. Primecard will credit your account with the appropriate savings to a maximum of 25%. Only one refusal per restaurant will be credited.
