Please use the “Report Problem” link on your “My List” page located directly under your list of “Checked Out” titles. You will be able to report book titles as “I Never Received” after 14 days from the day it shipped, 7 days for audiobooks. You will be able to report book titles as “You Never Received” after 28 days from the day it shipped, 14 days for audiobooks.
