If your phone service is still not working, please try the following steps: Try plugging a standard phone directly into the Telephone 1 (Telephone 2 if applicable) connection on the back of the advanced modem and check for a dial tone. If there is a dial tone, then there may be an issue with the wiring to the phone jack.
