What should I do if my Medicare claim didn¿t automatically crossover?

You should allow 30 days for the Colorado Medical Assistance Program to process the crossover claim. If automatic crossover does not appear on the Colorado Medical Assistance Program PCR within 30 days of the Medicare processing date, you are responsible for submitting crossover claims, electronically or on paper. If you submit the crossover claim on paper you must submit a copy of the Medicare Standard Paper Remit (SPR) with the paper claim. Be sure to retain the original SPR for audit purposes.
