What should I do if my mailing address and/or account information changes before tickets are mailed or refunds are issued?
All address changes or other inquiries must be submitted in writing to: NCAA Men’s Frozen Four, c/o Chase, 1 East Ohio Street, Suite IN1-0044, Indianapolis, Indiana 46277, by January 15, 2010. All correspondence must include a copy of the “Payment Confirmation” page showing the Ticket Application Tracking Number.
