We’ve had a handful of incidents where US Mail doesn’t deliver the DVD promptly or the DVD has gotten lost. Please wait 10 business days. If you still haven’t received your DVD, you can report the DVD missing online through your rental queue or you can email us at support@animetakeout.com or go got our support page and fill out a support form, so we can help you receive the movie you want as soon as possible.
