What should I do if my CITYCARD is damaged and does not work any more?

The City of Saskatoon is not responsible for damaged CITYCARDs. All CITYCARDs are checked prior to sale to ensure that they are in proper working order. If you bring your damaged CITYCARD back to the City we will try to determine the value remaining on the card, if possible.
